Talking to Citylink couldn't be easier.  Customer Service Staff, who can assist you with any travel queries or reservations, are available by telephone between 8.30 a.m and 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.  Our telephone number is 091 564164. Our Ticket Office on Forster Street, Galway is also open during these times.  Feel free to call in and speak with us in person.

Citylink Passenger Assistants are on hand throughout the day at both Galway Coach Station and Dublin Airport.

Each week Irish Citylink finds many items which go unclaimed.  We hold these items for a period of 30 days, after which we donate them to various charities.  The following are the charities Irish Citylink currently donates unclaimed items to;

Mobile Phones are donated to Jack & Jill Foundation.

Reading Glasses are donated to Specsavers for their Vision Aim Program which sends reycycled glasses overseas to developing countries.

Clothing and books are donated to The St. Vincent dePaul Society.
