Luggage Allowance

Whether your travels take you to the airport or any other point on our network, we offer a generous luggage allowance.  You can take two medium sized suitcases or rucksacks(no more than 20kg each) and one small piece of carry on luggage, free of charge.  Our passenger assistants and drivers are on hand to help you load your luggage should you need assistance.

Carry on luggage must be capable of being placed in the overhead luggage rack or under the seat in front of them.

We advise passengers to clearly label their luggage with their name and contact details.

Bicycles

We are happy to carry bicycles in the luggage compartment of our coaches if there is room available.  There is a €5 charge payable to the driver.  Unfortunately it is not possible to prebook bicycles.

Lost Property

If you have lost any property on one of our coaches please fill in our lost property form >>  Please note we will only contact you back if we are succesful in locating your property.

Each week Irish Citylink finds many items which go unclaimed.  We hold these items for a period of 30 days, after which we donate them to various charities.  The following are the charities Irish Citylink currently donates unclaimed items to;

Mobile Phones are donated to Jack & Jill Foundation.

Reading Glasses are donated to Specsavers for their Vision Aid Program which recycles reading glasses and sends them to developing countries.

Clothing and books are donated to The St. Vincent dePaul Society.
